Data controller
PUFULETE ANDREI RAZVAN PFA is the controller of the personal data processed through this website.
Identification and contact details are displayed on this page and across the rest of the site.
The identification details remain permanently available on this page for consultation.
What data may be collected
Identification and contact data: name, email, phone number, WhatsApp account.
Data about your goal, lifestyle, training experience, and other details voluntarily provided through the form, Typeform, Calendly, email, or messages.
The contact form does not request health data. Please do not send diagnoses, injuries, medication, or other medical information through this form.
Technical security data, such as an IP address and technical request information, may be processed to protect the contact form from abuse.
Purposes and legal grounds
The data is processed in order to answer requests, organize initial discussions, assess service compatibility, and provide the requested coaching.
Legal grounds may include pre-contractual steps, performance of the contractual relationship, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interest in managing requests.
Technical security data is used to prevent spam and abuse of the form, based on the legitimate interest in protecting the website and communication with potential clients.
If optional marketing or analytics tools are introduced, they will be activated only after consent is given where required by law.
Where the data comes from
Normally, the data is received directly from the data subject through the contact form, Typeform, email, phone, WhatsApp, or bookings made through external services such as Calendly.
If another person sends data on your behalf, that person must have the right to do so and must have informed you properly.
Client testimonials and results
We publish client testimonials, names, and any client results or images for marketing purposes only with explicit consent obtained before publication.
Consent is separate from the coaching relationship and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us at the email address shown on the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of publication before withdrawal, but we will stop future uses within a reasonable timeframe.
Recipients and external providers
We use Vercel to host the website, Resend to deliver contact-form emails, and Upstash Redis to limit abuse of the form. Upstash processes the technical identifier used for rate limiting only for the applicable limiting window.
The site loads fonts through Google Fonts. Google Workspace/Sheets and WhatsApp (Meta) may be used for communication and organisation during coaching. Typeform and Calendly are used only if you choose to open and use those services.
These providers may act, depending on the case, as processors or independent controllers under their own roles, contracts, and privacy policies.
International transfers
Some of the listed providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, depending on the service selected and its configuration.
Where such transfers occur, they rely on an appropriate legal mechanism such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You can request further details at the email address shown on the website.
How long data is kept
Contact requests and preliminary evaluations are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up the discussion, or defend a legitimate interest.
Data used in the actual collaboration may be kept during the collaboration and afterward as necessary for invoicing, accounting records, or compliance with legal obligations.
Data sent only for bookings or initial messages may be deleted or anonymized periodically if no collaboration starts.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and, where applicable, withdrawal of consent for consent-based processing.
You can write by email to exercise these rights.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Romanian data protection authority if you believe the processing breaches applicable law.
Mandatory data, minors, and automated decisions
Certain data is necessary to answer your request or assess whether the service can be offered responsibly.
The website and services are not designed for minors without the involvement and consent of a legal representative where the law requires it.
We do not normally use automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects through this website.
Cookies and analytics tools
At the moment, the site may operate without a complex system of optional cookies. If analytics, pixels, or other non-essential tools are added, the notice and consent mechanisms should be updated before activation.
