
First steps in the gym
I started from a very skinny physique and a clear desire to change. Those first months in the gym taught me how much consistency and patience matter.

In 2025 I stepped on stage for the first time and won the Men's Physique Novice category. For me, that moment was not the end of the preparation, but the start of a more serious direction in natural bodybuilding. Since then, my goal has been simple: improve from one season to the next, beat my previous shape, and build a physique that is more complete, more balanced, and presented better on stage.
These are a few important stages that show where I started, how I got here, and how I work today.
